All it takes is a few seconds of distraction for a driver to lose control of their vehicle, cross over the center line, and slam into oncoming traffic. These accidents almost always result in injuries to those involved, often because both vehicles are traveling at high speeds.

It's no secret that the injuries sustained in a car accident can financially devastate the victims. This is why the law allows car accident victims to fight for compensation through a car accident lawsuit. Settlements and court awards may provide the plaintiffs with compensation for their lost wages, medical bills, physical trauma, and emotional trauma.
